Draft terms for review, not legal advice. Checkout is closed. The legal entity, business address, jurisdiction, consumer rights and operational policies must be approved before accepting real orders.
Acceptance and the preview
By creating an account, you expressly accept these draft terms and acknowledge the privacy notice through an unchecked consent box. Preview listings are illustrative and are not offers for sale. Continued browsing alone is not used as a substitute for affirmative account consent. The final merchant identity must be provided before launch.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep access credentials private and use one account per person unless agreed otherwise. Orders require a signed-in account with a verified email address. Google authentication can verify an email through Google; email and password accounts must confirm their email. Report suspected account misuse promptly.
Prices, payment and acceptance
Displayed sample prices are in US dollars. In a live store, the final delivery charges, taxes and discounts must be shown before payment. An order is recorded only after the payment processor confirms successful payment. Pricing or availability errors may require contacting you and refunding an unfulfillable purchase; statutory rights take priority. Sample stock is not a promise of availability.
Cancelling an order
Proposed commercial policy: cancellation is free within one hour of the order being created. After one hour, and only before shipment, a $2.99 cancellation fee is deducted from the refund. The amount is shown before confirmation. Self-service cancellation ends once the order ships; use the returns process instead. Mandatory consumer cancellation rights may override this policy or prohibit a fee. The store must not activate this fee until counsel has approved its application to the relevant market.
Returns and refunds
Proposed policy: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Return the item in the condition supplied, with original included packaging and tags, except where inspection or a defect justifies otherwise. Return instructions and any applicable shipping costs will be provided before authorization. Faulty, misdescribed or inauthentic goods require a separate resolution consistent with mandatory rights. Refund timing depends on processing and the payment provider; the store must publish its final processing promise before launch.
Authenticity and condition
Real listings must be reviewed under a documented authentication and condition-grading process before publication. This preview does not claim that sample photographs or products have been authenticated. New indicates unused; like-new indicates minimal signs of use; pre-owned indicates prior wear documented in the listing. Final item-specific reports take precedence over a general grade.
Brand names and creative work
Soveresque branding and original site copy remain subject to their owners' rights. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Brand references do not imply sponsorship, partnership or authorization. Stock photography remains subject to its original license and must not be represented as proof of inventory ownership.
Responsibility and limitations
The final agreement may limit liability only to the extent allowed by applicable law. Nothing in these draft terms excludes mandatory consumer protections, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or remedies for fraud. No blanket waiver replaces the seller's duties concerning product description, delivery and refunds.
Misuse and suspension
Accounts may be suspended for suspected fraud, abuse, security incidents or material terms violations, subject to applicable law and reasonable review. Suspension does not automatically extinguish lawful refund rights or obligations relating to existing orders.
Governing law and disputes
Jurisdiction and legal entity: not yet supplied. These fields are launch blockers. A final disputes process must explain how to contact the business and preserve any mandatory rights to bring claims in a consumer's home jurisdiction. No arbitration clause has been adopted for this preview.
