Last updated 26 October 2026. Digital purchases, immediate access and what to do if something goes wrong.
Once digital access has been supplied with your agreement to immediate delivery, purchases are final and we do not offer change-of-mind refunds. This includes buying to try a product, using it and then deciding you no longer want it, or choosing not to download or use it. This policy applies to all customers, subject to mandatory cancellation and consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Read the product description, compatibility, plan duration and price before paying. Our products are not supplied as a free trial.
Checkout asks you to request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that the applicable cooling-off cancellation right ends when supply begins. We record that agreement with your order. Paying alone does not remove rights the law requires.
If paid access has not arrived, a payment is duplicated, or a product does not work as described, contact customer support with the relevant order and error details. We will investigate and help restore or correct access. Any repair, replacement, price reduction or refund required by applicable consumer law remains available.
Customers can open a ticket in Account support and follow replies there. Include the product, order reference and error message. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, license keys or full card details.
These terms apply worldwide. They do not exclude mandatory rights in your country, including remedies for digital content that is faulty, not supplied or materially different from its description. Where cancellation consent requirements have not been met, applicable cancellation rights remain.
If the law requires a refund, we will provide it within the applicable deadline, without an additional refund fee, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
